Contact the motels in your area and ask to speak withn the manager.   Ask about jobs that are open or may be open soon.   Emphasize that you have computer skills since much is done on computers.   Don't fake it but let them know what programs you know.    Create a resume that tells what jobs you have had and what you did and include a list of programs you know.  It shouldalso include your education (go to www.altavista.com and search for sample resumes if your word processing program does not have them. )   If one of the motel managers tells you to come for an interview dress neatly and conservatively, be on time.
