The state of Virginia's Public Health Department sponsors dental clinics in Arlington, Fairfax, Alexandria, and most other Northern Virgina locations.  Most of the focus is on young people (high school and younger), plus seniors over 60. try calling 1-800-dentist..from what i know its still a valid number..its a dentist referral line
