How would we know!

Look up the exchange value online (rupees to whatever your unit of currency is), multiply or divide it out.

For example (and this is completely fictional, I haven't looked it up):

If the current exchange of rupees to dollars is 3.85 to 1, and your current usage charges (for whatever they're for) are $40.32, just multiple your charges times the 3.85.  Bam, instant charges in rupees.

If you need something different than that, you'll have to be a bit more specific.
