Thats the link to the lebanese white pages...if you know their name and where they live, it will bring up the number..

type his name on Facebook, add him as a friend and ask for his/her  # :P JOKING :)

try Ojero (1515) if its a phone number and as for the mobile number its quite hard to find it.

and if u know which company he/she works for just get the # of the co. from Ojero call them and get the #
