How can i find or search posts by someone else?

You can find where they answered something and click on their avatar. That will take you to their personal page which will list all of the questions and answers they have participated in.

Unless they flagged that info as private. In that case you can do a search engine lookup.

Go to http://yahoo.com

and in the search block put the persons login, and add site:answers.yahoo.com

Then hit enter and it should show you all of their posts.
