How can i find out if an abandoned plot of land plot of land in bulgaria is registered to someone ? ?

if it is not registered to someone and i tend it for 10 years then i have been told that i can register for ownership/deeds (in court with a witness) ?

i just obviously need to check ownership beforehand.

Instruct a firm of solicitors in England or Wales which also has an office (or is affiliated to another firm) in Bulgaria.

I do not know whether Bulgaria has a central Land Registry as we do, but they will be able to advise you for a fee.
