How can i find out if i have Blacklisted?

I was a none certified employee on my job but my employer wanted me to clock-out and come back to a meeting every other monday .IT also stated in their policies that none certified employees should not stay over 3:30. Therefor I was discharged from my job.

There is no list to blacklist you from.

.   Someone is lying to you.  That was not right.  I have been fired.  The only thing that made me feel better was to read that 99% of all firings were because the boss did not like the employee.  I felt better because i was a good worker.
