How can i find out if my browser settings are all messed up,and how can i fix it?!?...PLEEZE HELP ME.?

my computer's running really slow & someone suggested that it might be my browser settings. But how do i know & how do i fix it?!?

Slow sounds more like you have a virus or some other nasty, or you have no disk space left it you have a fast connection. Run a good virus checker, plus under TOOLS reset the browser to default settings, or uninstall and reinstall the browser. OR, install a different browser (FIREFOX or OPERA) and compare the speed.

The idea of using another browser is a good way to test the difference in speed...

Some browsers are faster than others and it all depends on how many plug ins you have, toolbars and themes which all vary on each individuals PC, so know one can be definitive in telling you a certain browser is faster,,

Having said that i find K-meleon to be a very fast browser on all machines i have used but does not have they best or large amount of plug ins and features compared to Opera and Firefox.

hi

ur browser realy wouln hav screwd it s ur computer which is infected with virus . plz use nod 32 or kaspersky antivirus and do a complete virus scan (deep scan ) . this should fix the problem . also delete the temporary files and unwanted files . delete the cache and cookies from ur browser .
