How can i find out if someone im dating is married in another country?

ive been dating this guy for 6 months. i like him alot. he is from mexico. he came here when he was 25 now he is 30. i know its part of his culture to marry when you are young. he says he doesnt have a wife or kids back in mexico and he hasnt been back home in years. how do i know what he says is true. how can i find marriage records in mexico?

It's a link to a Mexican vital records site.  This may be tricky, some people don't use the same identities across the border.  

If you two are serious (I think 6mos makes the cut ;) ), ask him if he'll take you home to Mexico for a visit.  Seeing where each other grew up is a normal part of getting to know each other so you're not asking anything out of the ordinary. And experiencing it may calm your fears.  Tell him you're curious about his family, his heritage and his hometown or that you've just heard a lot about Mexico and want to see it with someone who knows his way around.  It's a worthwhile trip, even if you don't find anything out.  Just his answer to the question itself may tell you quite a bit. If he won't take you... it may mean something is up.  If he does take you... put in for your passport if you don't already have one, pack light and have a blast!

If you're not yet that serious (which at 6 mos... some aren't) then the best thing you can do is use the search engine and/or wait it out.  Initially, when any two people begin dating, you have no choice but to believe what they tell you about themselves, what you find on google.... or what they write on their myspace (which is probably worse).  It's scary, but that blind trust is just part of early dating.  It's a chance you take initially with any man.  If you have a bad feeling and it's early on in the relationship then I would do exactly what you did: talk to him. But if the bad feeling STILL doesn't go away then perhaps you should start looking for a guy who doesn't seem so mischievous.

Not easy to know. Visit him and then get to know him first before committing to him.

make a surprise visit to his country , or discuss with him the implications of getting married in America , immigraion and so forth, if he is clean then he will go for it no matter what even though he be uneasy with all the procedures. On the other hand he could go bananas and refused to goany further in relationship so they are no investigations

I think the bigger issue is "you don't trust him".
