How can i find out if this website is legit?

I want to buy an mp3, i went to yahoo shopping and i found a ipod in this website: http://malcom-galaxy-store.com/contact_us.php . It seems to good to be true. So I want to find if this website is legit.

Don't buy anything from that online store.My uncle ordered this apple mcbook for $600 and still haven't receive the product.It's been almost a month since he ordered it.I'm thinking this is just one of those online scam that makes you think their company is based here in the U.S. but really isn't.
