  1. several ways

    1. read the back of the pack and see if there is a list/description

    2. go to the website of the company who have made it, if they dont have the values, email them, they may be able to tell you

    3. a calorie book, you can buy these from places like whsmiths who sell them alongside the magazines, they upgrade them every few months.

    4. try a calorie website, many of them will ask you for a subscription fee so keep looking till you find the free one.

    5. guess

  2. Go to www.sparkpeople.com they have a lot of information, and a lot of people that can answer all of your questions, you can also track what you ate and it will show you a chart showing you where your nutrition is coming from.

  3. read the labels

  4. http://www.nutritiondata.com/

  5. I use a Weight Watcher flip book thing. You look at calories, fibre, and fat. It tells you how many points. You would be AMAZED by how much fat is in some very small foods. (Muffins are on the fattest things in like the world!)

  6. www.calorieking.com is the best. It lets you choose the amount of food you want the nutrition facts for, shows you a pie graph of the fat/protein/carbs, and shows you the label. Hope I helped! :)
