not sure about finding emails..for on-line purchases, the safest way is with giftcards,american express or visa works the best. some companys do allow checks but you must call them and give them the numbers over the phone. if they don't have an address listed,beware.

im not sure about the e-mail''thing but  check' is spelt cheque and it is IMPOSSIBLE to pay on line with one you need pay-pal...
