How can i find out when child protective services is having a court hearing?

  1. That's confidential.  If you are a "party to the action" you'll be informed by the court.  Otherwise, you won't be able to find out.


  2. you can call your caseworker or call the court and check the docket

The absolute easiest way is to contact them and ask.  If you are directly involved,like if you are a parent or immediate family member, you have the right to be there.  I know in Arizona you can look up court cases at www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov and then click on find a case.  I don't know what state you are in but maybe there is something similar.  Good luck
