How can i find out who a vehicle is registered to...?

using a ssn, dl#, and address. I dont have the tag #. Where can I go to find this out?

Call the DVM and give them the identification number located on the dash of the car.

The DMV  They have all that info.  If you have the VIN # you could do it. Get as much info on the car as you can and you will be able to get some info.  BUT they might not give it out to you.
