You can't built a healthy relationship without trust hun. If shes done something in the past to trigger these feelings then you should really think twice about who you're dating. Sometimes when you're in a relationship with someone you really like, it's common to find yourself worrying and questioning what your partner's doing when he/she's not with you! it's a natural human habit. Just calm down and take it slow, at the end she did choose you over all the other guys.

BTW i don't think it can be done, at least from what i've heard. I prefer myspace >.<

You need to work on that trust.

If you can't trust her then why the h**l are you still with her. If she making you this insecure, talk to her to see if you right to be worried.

You cant see the personal messages but may be able to see any public message/gifts/actions she has sent!. Maybe you should ask her or if you really think that she is cheating dump her!!
