How can i find people's email address in the web?

You can usually find this info by searching public records.

There are several sites out there that allow you to find people by searching public records.

I found a site that reviews and compares these sites.

I'd suggest getting informed before you pay for anything.

not the normal search engines..

but there are services available and you can pay those services to find email addresses for you..
