There is a service called Bill Me Later.  You need to get approved and it pretty much works like a credit card but much easier.  I sometimes use it if I do not have my credit cards handy...

You can get sometimes up to 6 months no interest

most online sites do, just click add to cart, and you can come back later and click check out ( checking out the things that you wanted to buy, that you put in your cart)

won't happen... there is complete anonymity online... they would never be able to receive payment

Shop and actually have what you're buying and not paying for shipped???!!!  What business in their right mind would do that?  No, there is no such online store.  If their were, I wouldn't trust them enough to order something from them or give out any identifying information.
