How can i find the tel number of a private person in thailand

I have the complete name and residential address in Phuket but can not find the mobile or home number. any tip would be very very very helpfull. kop kuhn ka

I think the only way you're going to get their phone number is to write them and ask. I don't know of any phone books, white pages or directory assistance for finding individual's phone numbers here.

I doubt you'll find the number because most people are pay as you go cell phone users and they don't end up in a directory but good luck.
