How can i find what times the South Norwalk Train leaves? I have never been to the city...?

Ok so im going to the city tomorrow with my friend and i have no idea when the train leaves or whatever. Can someone please tell me the times of the South Norwalk train station that would take me to grand central station? Really i have no idea what im doing- i need any time that is between 10 and 12 AM. Thanks!

You can go to the metro north website.

Just put it the time you want to arrive or depart and it will give you all the info you need plus they also do a two hour time window.
