  1. Where its hosted you mean? Thats usually at the end of the e-mail address after the @

  3. Im unsure as to who is your mail provider.

    Below are general instructions as you have not stated who your mail service is.

    Go to Mail Options then Show FULL Headers.

    It will then tell you everything about the email.

  4. You can look at the full header and find out some information. This may help too, if you find any IP addresses in there that you can't locate:

    As a rule you can only find out the provider's location rather than the user's.

  5. Right click on the email in the In Box [don't open it] Properties at the bottom of the list > Details > Message Source. This will give you the IP Address. Then use >

    http://whatismyipaddress.com/      Put the IP in.

    It wont be an exact location but within a rough area

  7. you can trace an email to an ip addy.... there server but not there home address, there home address  could be 100 miles away
