  1. Deroyal Industrial has moved to Guatemala that is company that makes hospital things, dressings, slings and so on. The have factory plants in TN that is how I know so maybe you can go apply there! I bet they may speak English.

  2. I can tell you as a personal experience.

I live in Guatemala, I have a bachelor degree in Business Administration and soon I will get my master degree in Marketing.

I have been looking desperately for a job, without any luck, so you can imagine how difficult the situation is, but if you still want to look for a job, you can upload your resume at www.tecoloco.com or ask your embassy for help.

    Good luck

  3. Move to the US. :-)))

  4. Why would you want to make 200 dollars or less a month. Find a seasonal job this summer and stay in Guatemala for the rest of the time.

  5. You seem like a young man, trying to work in a foreign country, from the USA? If you are? Don't! Guatemala has some of THE most murderrous gangs in Latin America. Life can be very challenging there. I was walking with a pastor, just for excercise outside of his neighborhood. The area was non-populated where were walking outside of his community neighborhood when, a man came running up to THE PASTOR I was with, and says,"I need directions..." My pastor in a frenzy, threw his hands up, saying loudly, several times, "I HAVE NO MONEY! I HAVE NO MONEY!" HE, my pastor, had been robbed 3 times prior, and he said after this man left, that THAT was what the robbers asked him, before they robbed him, in PREVIOUS robberries! Don't go to Guatemala, unless you are planning to stay with peope you know, who you trust. Don't work there. Keep a low profile! It's VERY dangerous there!
