How can i fix a rattled fret on my bass guitar?

i play bass acoustically and electric but on my dean acoustic bass on the 12th fret it has this loud annoying rattle sound as if i was hitting hit flat is there a way to fix this?

all you need is a neck setup, look in your phone book for a guitar repair shop. it'll cost about 20 - 30 dollars.
