How can i fix earphones?

I bought some time ago some philips she3600, but the wires inside worn out and eventually broke, i kept cutting the wire to be able to fix it , but i need to change it because it's already too short and i don't know how to open that very small box in which the jack is connected. Can anyone help?

The small box where the jack is connected is heat sealed or molded. You have to cut it to open.

You may just need to buy a new jack.
