How can i fix my bad haircut..?

i got a really bad haircut... i told the lady how i wanted it and i showed her 6 pictures (yes SIX PICTURES!). anyway. so now i have all long hair except for 3-2 in short layers of hair at the top of my head going around, i tried straightning it, spiking it, blow drying it, headbands, nothing works! please help me i cant go out in public like this..

pretty caps / hats

bandanas / scarves as headbands (so they can cover a bigger area of your hair, especially the top)

nice hairpins / hair clips, ponytails

fabulous dresses / blouses, accessories that will draw attention to your body, instead of to your hair

or get your hair done again.

or don't go out in public altogether. lol joke.

okay, drastic:

~cut hair to that tiny length (i dont know, sorrry if this is bad suggestion to you. but i know tons of girls who have drop dead gorgeous hair thats extremely short)

~pull those hairs in a braid that ties at the top of your head in the back. i looked on the internet and couldnt find an example picture

~wear exotic makeup to distract (lol im snowballing here!)
