How can i fix my computer?

Im trying to send my stepfather an E Card (Birthday card Email) and my computer does not allow me to click on certain buttons, Like i only can click on Blue internet buttons, Even when i tried to post this question my computer wouldnt allow me to click on Answers, I dont know what is wrong, I only can click on certain things from the internet..

upgrade your system

Set your system back to manufacture settings this should clear the problem up. My computer started doing the same thing and I just set it back to the settings it came with and it fixed the problem. Hope this helps.
