How can i fix my freeview box?

my freeview box was working fine at 7pm, but when i turned it back on an hour later all of the channels on it were just blank. im not sure how to fix it, and i need it working tonight

  1. Unplug the box for one minute, plug it back in, then perform a full rescan.
