How can i fix my wii sports disc?

My wii sports disc is broken . the disc isn't cracked or anything like that but my wii doesn't read the disc when i insert it in! How can i fix this?

you can try spraying a cleaning agent on it like windex and using a special wipe not a towel or paper towel. it needs to be something similar to what you clean glasses with. its kind of silky. if you don't have that a piece of cotton like a t shirt or something wouldn't be bad. if that doesn't work there are special disk repair products out there you can buy.
