How can i fix this Sony Cybershot DSC-W50 flash error?

Ive had this camera for about a year and the flash dosnt work. It has this E:91:01 thing flashing, and i initilaised (sp?) it so now it dosnt flash anymore but the flash still isn't working. Anyone know how to get it to work?
