How can i fix this plz help

My ipod dosen't sync anymore. i restarted my computer and it says the folder in your ipod cannot be found. Now 2 days later is dosen't even say that anymore and wont sync why is this.

Don't get a mac. To put it bluntly, they suck, and I don't enough space to fully explain why. Anyway, I would guess that something is wrong with your iPod's filesystem. I would turn the iPod onto hard drive mode (there should be an option in the menu somewhere) and then open the iPod's hard drive on your computer. Then, check the files, and make sure that everything appears to be in order (i.e. you should be able to see your .mp3's. They may be renamed and you may not be able to decipher what .mp3 is which, but you should be able to play them off your computer.) Then, I would try syncing to iTunes again. If is still wont sync, I would look into reformatting the iPod.
