i have always had a sort of pooch at the bottom of my stomach and i would really like to be able to flatten it out. its not like huge but the rest of my stomach is normal. i love my body but sometimes it will frustrate me when i wear tight clothes.are there any simple stretches or exercises i can do to help it? and how long should i do that exercise and how often? i dont have a bar that i can use and i am a teenager so i wont be doing like yoga or pilates. haha. all answers are appreciated and if you have had experience with this problem and used any exercises can you please tell me how long it took to see results?
