i have always had a sort of pooch at the bottom of my stomach like right below my belly button and i would really like to be able to flatten it out. its not like huge but the rest of my stomach is normal. i love my body but sometimes it will frustrate me when i wear tight clothes.are there any simple stretches or exercises i can do to help it? and how long should i do that exercise each day and how often? i dont have a bar that i can use and i am a teenager so i probably wont be doing like yoga or pilates. and please don't tell me cardio will do it cause i've gone months where i had soccer 6 days a week and i didn't see a difference.all answers are appreciated and if you have had experience with this problem and used any exercises can you please tell me how long it took to see results?
