How can i foce payment on a judgement?

I have a jugement against a person who is self employed and the judge said 100 a month was ok. How do I get it when he has it.

  2. You can sell the debt to a collection agency and be done with it.

    If they aren't paying, you can go back to court and tell the judge that his order is being ignored and ask for other relief, like permission to seize assets and put liens on his house and car.

  3. This is one of those "depends on the state you live in" questions.

    You said the judge is allowing him to pay $100 a month?  That means he ordered installment payments.  If the debtor is not paying, the return to court and file paperwork to have this order set aside, the go after garnishment and other seizure methods.  If you don't know where he banks or what property he owns, have to court order a "judgment debtor disclosure".  This is a court order to get all of his financial ad income information.
