How can i format DVD-RW in my Video cam?

when i put my new DVD-RW in my video cam there are 2 choices appeared in the screen of my Video cam, and i dont know what to choose.

my Video cam is Sony DCR-DVD608

(im not really good in english)

  1. What are the choices?? Since you have a RW disk it doesn't matter what you choose because you cannot permanently record the disk. Don't be afraid to experiment!! Good Luck!!
