The easiest way is to email yourself a copy of the photo to your phone's e-mail address.  The easiest way to find this out unfortunately is to call your service provider.  Keep in mind, you need to also have WEB service enabled on your mobile phone/cellular plan.

you would send it as an email would be simple (as an example [phone] is the format for [phone]) or send yourself an email from your phone and answer it too which ever way you choose i have used both and both work fine
