  1. i have no clue.

  2. Beaten eggs, egg whites, egg beaters (egg substitute from the store) or guar gum can all be used. Dip the food in it and then the flour.

Edit after reading your additional: Try zucchini and/or small sliced squash also. You might like adding a bit of corn meal to your flour. Anything up to half and half. I prefer yellow corn meal, though you may like white better. The ones who said no need to coat the sausage and "spuds" are correct. The flour coating would likely, I believe, burn before the sausage and potatoes are done.

  3. Well if your frying potatoes, you need to either panfry them, wich will take a while, or take a largee pot, will it with out and boil it then add the slices of potatoes. no flour needed

you can just regularly pan fry the onions no flour needed

well i personally never fry cucombers but ya

with raw sausage you can cook  it on the grill im sure you can pan fry it though

  4. WET ALL ITEMS ROLL ITEMS IN FLOUR OR SHAKE ITEMS I N A PLASTIC BAG WITH FLOUR THEN DIP IN EGG THEN DROP IN FRYING PAN WITH HOT OILFOR EXTRA BREADING, DIP ITEMS IN FLOUR AGAIN AFTER THE EGG AND THEN IN THE EGG AGAIN...

  5. You will have to coat the food in a liquid first such as milk, buttermilk or eggs so that the flour sticks to it.  You won't have much breading on your items if you just coat them in flour.  Coat them in seasoned flour first, then your liquid with egg added, and then in your seasoned flour again and then fry.
