How can i gain 10 pounds in 3 months?

I'm 14 years old. My current weight is 105 pounds and hieght 5'3. I'm a STRICT VEGAN. Before i became a vegan i was chubby. I want to know how I can gain weight the healthy way. Like what should i eat and how much to eat? I've been a vegan for 3 years.

  4. Eat protein-based things, and sleep afterwards. Or just laze around. Lay off the exercise.

  6. Eat like the farm animals.  When farmers want to fatten their animals, they feed them corn and grain and plenty of green pastures. It would apply to you since you are an animal too.

  7. Eat a lot of peanuts and peanut butter. They are good for you but can help you put on weight. Eat before bed as well as you won't burn off that food.

  8. You want to gain weight?  Wow that is unusual these days some people who are your height and 90 pounds think they should lose weight.  Eat a lot of complex carbs, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, whatever protein sources you like best, and not much junk food at all.

  9. Why do you want to gain weight. You are only 5'3", so 105 seems pretty good. You probably look really good. But if you want to gain weight, do the opposite of how you eat now. If you snack all the time, which will actually keep you metabolism up, then eat 2 large meals a day or load up on lactose/milk free ensure, at 350 calories ber 8 oz. you can loose, but they are expensive.  I have the same problem I think I am too thin but people tell me I look great, it makes them want to get "off" meat too.  Good luck.

  10. Make sure you are getting enough protein & other nutrients in your diet. You can go to a nutritionist at your hospital and have them analyze your diet. You can ask them what to eat to gain weight.

  18. This is a strange question, normally people want to lose weight.

    Being vegan,I suppose most pastas are out of the question,so concentrate on nuts and cereal,focus on certain fruits such as avocado,they have a high fat content but low saturated fat content,the same with nuts.Bread would help to a degree but don't go mad,bread can bloat and make you feel sluggish.
