  1. Bulking up for muscle building???

    Well its fun let me tell U, eat lays and McDonald's and all that stuff U stay away to keep UR weight balanced, pig out for a couple of days.


  2. eat oiled french fries, food with mayo and butter, and pasta. they all have lots of fat.

  6. you could junk food, ice cream, lots of sweets, and especially that protein supplement stuff that supposed to help you gain muscle while staying the same weight. eat/drink all that and then don't move much...

  9. get on birth control or eat A LOT of high calorie food and don't exercise or drink high calorie protein shakes

  11. assuming you mean fat, eat high calorie and high fat food and don't exersice.  If you mean muscle, work your muscles and eat protein every day.

    they are used by wrestlers and **** to move up in weight classes.

  19. My dear wife gained close to 100 Lbs. very fast because she took a prescription steroid to deal with her asthma I don't know the name.

    now, I'm not talking muscle mass here I'm talking belly fat weight

  20. Protein shakes or Homer Simpsons fattening diet but i think probably the shake will be quicker.
