How can i gain alot of weight in 3weeks?

im 14 and fit but i want to get fatter to get a nice figure

pls help because all my friends are saying i should because it would sute me better.

  1. don't exercise, eat and drink a lot!


  2. Pig out on high-fat food.  Trust me, most people (including me) would KILL to have your problem.  XD  Extra dessert, don't work out as much, basically the opposite of what you would do to lose weight.

Ok, I have the same problem.  My advice is to drink Ensure (sadly they are expensive) or other protein drinks/snacks.  They also have Ensure Plus (even more expensive but has more calories).  I don't think it's healthy to gain a lot of weight in 3 wks especially if you are pigging out on fried foods. You can still gain weight by eating healthy!  I avoid drinking just water because it has no calories.  You want to get about 1,600 to 2,000 calories a day to gain weight.   You don't need to overdo it though just because your friends say so.  Be comfortable with yourself.  You don't need to push it, so just go at your own pace.  Good luck!

    do NOT pig out on junk food! gaining a lot of weight on a short amount of time is not healthy at all! it can cause health problems! Please think about what you're doing
