How can i gain some weight?

How can i gain weight (and plz dont say 'eat more'). I'm not crazy i just want a bit more shape in by body (bigger bum, bigger stomach, bigger b***s and hips). When i change for sport at school everyone else has bib b***s and muffin tops and even my friends joke about how totally shapeless i am! please help

  1. Workout and focus on post workout nutrition.  Drink protein shakes and stuff and u will add solid muscle.  Let your body recover.


  2. Eat nuts, especially cashews, peanuts, and walnuts.  Also consume high fat foods like avacado, cottage cheese, and creme.  Creamy soup has lots of calories and will help you gain quickly.

    EAT ALOT O FOR EXAMPLE I SHOULD EAT 1923 CALS A DAY TO MAITAINE BUT NOW  I NEED TO EAT ABOUT 2500 CALS

    SO EAT PROTIEN AND CALS

    AND 6 MEALS A DAY
