Question:

How can i gain weight and lots of it?

Well I'm 14 years old and I'm turning 15 in a couple of months. I don't know why but I'm BARLEY ever full of energy I'm always like depressed and its really for no reason, I have a good life lol

Well yea as I was saying before, I'm 14 years old and I'm about 5' 5 or 5' 6 and i only weigh like 105 pounds. Maybe even less. Most of the kids my age and height way AT LEAST 120 pounds

please tell me what i should do!

what should I eat?

How much of it should I eat?

What time of day?

oh i want to gain muscle too soo if you have suggestions please tell me :D

  1. It could just be your genetics that your not the same size as others. Some people have genes that allow them to be big and fast naturally, people like me and you that don't, and have to work that much harder; which makes us that much stronger. When you're young you're in a rush to grow up, when you're older you wanna be younger.

    you really need to eat a balance of everything: meats, fruit, veggies, bread, and milk. every ones body is different and will need different things, i'll tell you what i generally eat.

    breakfast-bowl of oatmeal with some berries mixed in, 2-3 eggs, an orange, banana, or apple, maybe some bacon or sausage

    lunch- sandwich

    dinner- meat, veggies, and rice or beans

    dont eat just that tho, make sure you have healthy snacks in between. Talk to your P.E. teacher he could probably help you out alot with exercise and diet, you just have to want it and be willing to work for it.


  2. you don't want to go off eating things that are bad for you. so try to eat more and work out not to loss anything but to get some muscle.
