Well I'm 14 years old and I'm turning 15 in a couple of months. I don't know why but I'm BARLEY ever full of energy I'm always like depressed and its really for no reason, I have a good life lolWell yea as I was saying before, I'm 14 years old and I'm about 5' 5 or 5' 6 and i only weigh like 105 pounds. Maybe even less. Most of the kids my age and height way AT LEAST 120 poundsplease tell me what i should do!what should I eat?How much of it should I eat?What time of day?oh i want to gain muscle too soo if you have suggestions please tell me :D
