How can i gain wieght

i need to gain 15 pounds in like 3 months, can you tell me what to eat to get there im 5'8 123 thanks...like what foods should i eat like ex: steak, pasta...ect.

  1. I heard that Vin Diesel gained weight for a film by consistently eating a pint of ice cream every night. I wish I could do that! : (  Something with a lot of sugar and fat I would think.


  2. eat more junk food and sit on the couch for a long time

  3. you don't want to eat like McDonalds or whatever

    because you will be unhealthy and wont be able to perform your best for whatever sport (i'm assuming) you need to do

    healthy fats are: avacados, nuts(almonds) and chocolate (natural, no added sweetners, chocolate un touched by man)

  4. you can try those special weight gaining health bars and protein powder. you can get them at supermarkets.

  5. Eat alot more then usual.

  6. try and add more carbs to your diet.. eg pasta.. rice.. bread.. etc etc..

    you dont want to start eating loads of sugary foods making you unhealthy..

    add more carbs and maybe work out at the gym more often to gain muscle.

  8. start drinking Ensure drinks...they have all the vitamins and stuff that you need but for people that need those extra calories in between meals

  11. You need to consume more calories (ex: if you normally consume 2500 calories, you will need to consume atleast 3200 calories). On top of that, you need to consume more protein.

  13. red meat...high in protein, calories, and good fat. dont jsut chow junk food. drink alot of muscle milk. it is also high in fat but has so much whey protein and other essentials for gaining weight/muscle. pasta/carbs will make u fat but i guess its still weight. balance the carbs with the protein (red meat like steak with pasta and drink steady of incriments of muscle milk throughout the day. lift heavy weights with small repetitions to gain muscle in this process. dont smoke, do drugs, and stay away from caffeine...they will all slow ur weight gaining process.
