How can i get 6 pack abs?

i am not totally fat but i do have some fat.

  1. Firstly, you'll need to do some cardiovascular exercise to burn the fat around your body and reveal the muscles lying underneath. This will also boost your self-esteem and give you more energy as you will be FITTER!

    Next you need to do some exercises which will build the muscles in your abdominals. Exercises like crunches, bridges, etc. are all great and will give you a 6 pack in no time.


  2. aerobic exercise to lower fat content and then weight lifting to build muscle. BUT you must burn the fat first or the muscles wont show even if they are there. Remember when you burn the fat from your body it has to burn all over at the same time so dont think there is some special exercise that will burn the fat off your belly...there isnt one.  

  3. do alot of cardio such as running or biking, etc and once that little bit of fat on your stomach is decreased do lots of crunches situps and other abdominal exercises

  4. Ok.

    Lots of jogging. Not to much fatening food.

    Lifting Weights.

    And doing lots of crunches and sit-ups.
