How can i get American visit visa?

It is to difficult to get. . I thnk whn I was 12 yrs my family tryed to get vissa but they refused. My brother is American

You need to travel to the U. S. Embassy or U.S. consulate near from where you live.  apply for a b1/b2 visa to visit the U.S.  I assume you want to visit for pleasure.  You will need to show proof that you work and are economic stable.  You need to proof that you will be back to your home county.
