How can i get HD radio?

Question

Ok i have a Sony mini hifi system in my room and I'm using the regular FM antenna that came with it......but i really want to get HD radio without selling my SONY component or getting a new radio with a built in tuner....my question is.

Is there anything on the market like a converter to put between my regular FM antenna and my current Sony radio, to get HD radio...and if so where?

up till now i only listened to HD on the computer
