How can i get ISDN internet?

IS it better than dial up and can i get it where i live (witch has no high speed except some ejorny wireless thing and satellite) and what type of modem or communication devise do i need for my pc?

You need an ISDN modem.  I would contact your phone company to install an ISDN line, and then you need an internet provider that supports ISDN connections.
