How can i get K-3 Visa to US?

I have Tourist Visa to US. my husband and kids are US citizen and we are planning to move there.. can i get my K-3 Visa when i get to US?

You have obtain K3 at US Embassy from your country. Your US Citizen husband has to petition you an you file the visa once the petition is approved.
