How can i get MY song from my computer on project playlist!?!?

okay so i wrote a song, then recorded it. now i want to put it on project playlist

I know you need to get a URL, but i can't find a FREE website that lets me get the MP3 URL so it works with posting to prject playlist.

can somone PLEASE help me!!!
