How can i get a 6 pack? And how can i increase my metabolism?

So, as im entering my freshman year, its time to impress the ladies. Im 14, and weigh 131. I run a 5'1 40 yr dash. Im very good at sprints, but bad at long distance running. Im playing football this year and have gone through a 5week conditioning camp. Before it, i used to weigh 136 and think i lost a ton of fat because im only 131 (im much more muscular)

I run 2 1/2 miles every week day. Im in shape, no doubt. Problem is i have annoying rolls of fat on my stomach thats forcing me to stick with only a 2 pack. Ive been excersising alot and doing a holded crunch position in football but nothing has changed. Im planning on starting monday doing 50 bicycle crunches every day.

Other question:

How can i increase my metabolism? If i eat anything, absolutely anything ; like a server of ice cream, a sandwich, candy, ANYTHING; i will gain weight. How can i stop this? Im tired of working my as$ off then having a nice day and gaining 1/4 of the weight back on.

On the other hand, my brother can eat two tubs of ice cream and 2 snickers and he doesnt gain ANY weight. For the past 2 years hes been doing this --> Wake up, go to school, come home to homework, play video games, go to sleep. He NEVER excersises but he can almost bench as much weight as me! Hes also a crazy running back and is very agil and fast. I dont understand this >_<

  1. There are certain types of fruits that boost metabolism the fruits that help break down lactic acids

    Also don;t take those pills like metabolite it never works your body may become hooked to those kind of substances it will think it needs an outside source to boost metabolism


  2. No one is same like other.May be your brother got a different body type and life style.Since you play football and run 2-3 miles per week,I think you are doing a great job.I am martial artist and I would advice you to practice skipping ropes..

    Not like the girls does.You need to do boxer skipping.While jumping, your toe should not go exceed 2 inch from ground.You need to follow 400-500 reps of 3- 4 sets daily.Since you have already reduced the fat,I think you would get a faster result.

    Drink a lot of water.Keep changing your exercise routines constantly..At the morning drink plenty of water,complete the morning works..Do a little warm up and try to take running 1-2 km daily..After running come straight to skipping without any rest.Then you would feel your tummy is burning.

    One more important thing is breathing.Try to maintain your breathing to be constant in whatever you do.If you master the breathing, you can attain a great stamina and metabolism.If you want further details, you can contact me at vinotys@gmail.com

  3. everytime you work out your metabolism increases and burns calories for another hour or so after you work out

    another thing eat 5 little meals a day that also helps speed up metabolism

    i am sorta having the same problem but eating wheat bread and no mayo will help you with the sandwich problem and if you have a sweettooth for icecream just get some sherbert no fat and if you select the ones made with real fruit you get a serving of fruits you need

  4. Dude, if you want a six pack just go to any liquor store. They should have a large assortment of brands. as fr as metabolism goes... haha beats me
