Hi,

What can I do to find a recruitment business partner?? Ive been trying for a couple of months now but am not really getting anywhere and not sure where to turn to next...

I've recently started a recruitment business (Starlegal) and would like to expand it. It's mainly home office at the moment. I have already set it up, invested in the website, CRM, telephones, etc but want to ultimately set up an office, possibly in London and need help in the form of a business partner who can help to recruit or an investor who beleives in my business.

At the moment, I work remotely, from Spain - but travel to London at least once a month to meet candidates and clients. I want to go to London more often and will stay there for an indefinate period if the right business partner comes along.

At the end of the day, I am working hard, have posted job ads, even placed a few people! So the business model works, it just needs more impetus and someone enthusiastic for me to bounce ideas off

  1. How about advertising in London (I am not too certain of the means : internet and possibly mail?) and the shortlist potential partners and have some kind of an interview to determine whether they would be suitable or not.

Your idea seem to have had a lot of work done thereon and seem quite a feasible business opportunity, good luck.

  2. I'll do it :)
