How can i get a car converted for someone in a wheelchair to drive in adelaide australia??

i need to know a place in adelaide that converts cars so they are suitable for someone who is paralysed to drive. does anyone know of a place? or how much roughly it costs? any info would be greatly appreciated!

  1. There is a company called MobilityWorks that installs hand controls and other driving aids for people who drive in a wheelchair. They have some information on hand controls and other electronic devices on their web Equipment page at http://www.mobilityworks.com

    They only have locations in the U.S. but you still might find the information useful. There is a company called Mobility Products & Design on their site you might want to look at. They might be able to provide you with an installer of their products in Australia. Good luck.
